Empowering Growth Through Coaching

Elvora is the vision of Brook Chalmers. After 14 years in the Search Engine Optimisation industry across the UK and Switzerland, Brook faced an unexpected transition: relocating back to the UK and, shortly after, being made redundant. This personal journey unfolded during a time of immense global and economic change—marked by BREXIT, the COVID-19 pandemic, the Cost of Living Crisis, and shifts in taxation and energy costs. Technological advancements, particularly the rapid rise of Artificial Intelligence, further transformed industries and displaced jobs overnight.

Amid this whirlwind of challenges, Brook recognised the need for structured, supportive guidance in navigating career and business uncertainties. He embarked on a transformative path, training as a Level 5 Apprentice and earning an ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring certification. Throughout his training, Brook worked with individuals facing real-world issues—aspiring professionals, those navigating toxic workplaces, and leaders struggling to adapt in a volatile market.

The Birth of Elvora

Inspired by these experiences, Brook founded Elvora with a clear mission: to make professional coaching accessible to those who need it most. For many individuals and small business leaders, coaching might seem like an unattainable luxury. Yet, without it, they risk remaining stuck in cycles of uncertainty and survival rather than achieving sustainable growth.
